The "SO-B0 Series" is a super compact limit current type oxygen sensor capable of measuring oxygen concentrations from 10 ppm to percent levels with high precision. It employs proven zirconia (zirconium oxide) technology, achieving long life and stable measurement performance. The small TO-8 package also offers excellent flexibility for integration into devices.
